Queues were a disaster
Unfortunately, I was on crutches at the track. Put in gates manned by a volunteer next time so that the handicapped can be spared the excessive switchbacks. Avoid the extra walking, no head of the line. The queues at 15th and Trinity were pure torture. Many more concessions are needed at the track. Shuttles inside rather than outside. Many sales were lost due to the long lines, the lines were way too long. Entertaining on the big screens early in the morning should be turned on for those of us who arrive at o'dark thirty.
